Everyone is at risk of developing vascular disease which includes heart disease, stroke, diabetes or kidney disease. The good news is these conditions can often be prevented - even if you have a history of them in your family.

To help residents maintain and improve their health, NHS Kensington and Chelsea are offering free Health Checks for residents between the ages of 40 and 74 who have not already been diagnosed with a vascular disease, for example, heart disease, stroke, and diabetes or kidney disease.

NHS health Checks are available at selected GP surgeries and community pharmacies across the borough, which have been specially chosen to carry out the free NHS Health Checks. 24/7 Zafash Pharmacy is one of the community pharmacy offering this service.

To book your free NHS Health Check please call our central booking centre on 0800 232 1531 (or 0330 123 9128 from a mobile phone) and the team will find the best time and location for you. The booking centre is open from 8am to 8pm every day. If our location is convenient for you, we will be happy to offer our services to you.
