Most items are delivered FREE of charge within UK by tracked service and delivery is usually made in 2 to 3 working days but can take up to 5 working days during busy periods.

We may send the order by tracked with signature post depending on the value of order. Recorded post need a signature on delivery. If your order is dispatched by Royal Mail recorded post and you are not at the address to receive it, Royal Mail will leave a “while you were out” card. You can telephone the number on the card to arrange a redelivery or you can collect it from your local Royal Mail sorting/delivery office. Same applies to our International customers with their relative postal authority.

We post Monday to Friday. Please allow one working day to arrange packaging & postage of the order.

Return Policy

Under the distance selling regulations, you (the consumer) have the right to cancel your order within 14 working days from the date of arrival of your order. We will accept returns within 14 working days of receipt of your order if you change your mind or no longer want the item as long as the item is returned in a saleable condition.

We can offer an exchange or refund your money dependant on circumstances. Please note that for the return of non-faulty items, refund amount received (if any) will be based on our current sale price of the item and not your original purchase price. Please note that we also reserve the right to charge a 20% restocking fee on all returns.

Your 14 days right of cancellation does not apply to any medicinal products, cosmetics or any consumable products which (by their very nature) cannot be returned e.g. vitamins, ointments, creams, gel, perfumes, etc.

If you are returning the goods due to the reasons like faulty item, damaged goods or not as described, then we will refund product price plus return postage cost.

Postage charges for returned goods will be incurred by the customer. Postage charges will be applied to any order that is returned and that was shipped on a free delivery option. In order to accept good(s) as being faulty, we must be able to replicate the described fault.

Before returning any good(s) to us, you must contact us by email or telephone to notify us so that we can issue you instructions. After contacting us, your enquiry will be processed and you will be allocated a returns authorisation number and email will be sent with instructions on how to return good(s). Please note that we aim to process all returned good(s) within 72 hours of receiving the good(s) but returns / refunds can take up to 7 working days.

This return policy does not affect your statutory rights.
